Deep Cleaning Prices

Costs & benefits of deep cleaning

There are many places we have been asked to deep clean and all come with their own action plan. Take a typical office deep clean, a plan would need to be made to move cupboards, desks, remove and clean all kitchen cupboards/fridge; even wiping down walls. Monitor and keyboards are expertly attended to, all as part of our office cleaning or commercial cleaning services. There are many more actions to consider depending on the size and the content of the office and pricing would be achieved with a site visit, once we have an idea of what the customer requires, we can then work out our action plan and pricing. End of tenancy cleans are top to bottom deep cleans that are priced on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms there is in the property. There are slight variations for example, a conservatory, additional room or a cellar room. Deep cleans for carpets are priced per carpet, single or double rooms, sofa upholstery is priced on the amount of seats, and rugs by size. Oven cleans are priced firstly by the size: Single, double, range or commercial range, additional costs can be added such as extraction and hobs. If you’re looking for a more comprehensive clean, check our oven cleaning service.

What is considered a deep clean?

At We Clean It we transform unlivable/non workable environments to being safe, clean spaces again. Deep cleans are methodical thorough cleans that eliminate grime/dust/pet hair etc. High reach, movable furniture, inside cupboards are just a few areas we address. Our deep cleans are exactly that! We want the customer to have piece of mind and feel easy with the knowledge that everything inside the property/building will be cleaned.
Deep cleaning is very labour intensive, a lot of effort goes into each and every job we do, with post checks for customer satisfaction. Using effective industrial approved materials which are essential to achieve the right results, staff training to a high level giving our staff the knowledge to complete their work proficiently and accurately. We price check the markets regularly to keep our prices competitive, but predominantly our prices are based on what we can give to the customer, what levels we can achieve and the overall customer satisfaction we can give.

A tip when deep cleaning is that you also have to concentrate on the places you can’t necessarily see, high reach, under furniture, behind fridge etc. So if you are making the decision to clean your own house then consider you will need a lot of energy and a lot of time.
